The only personal information we collect through this site is what you voluntarily submit via the contact form: your name, email address, the type of project you're enquiring about, and your message. We don't require an account, and we don't collect information passively beyond standard technical logs generated by our hosting provider (such as IP address and request timing, used only for security and performance purposes).

How we use your information

We use the details you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to deliver the work you've asked us to do. We don't use your contact details for marketing unless you separately opt in, and we don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

How your information is handled

When you submit the contact form, your details are sent as an email to our inbox via Resend, a transactional email delivery service. We don't store form submissions in a database — the only copy that exists is the email itself, which we retain in our inbox until we choose to delete it.

Third-party services

This site relies on a small number of third-party services to operate:

• Resend — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox by email.
• Vercel — hosts this website and processes standard web server logs.
• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site; loading a font may result in your browser making a request to Google's servers.

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing data that passes through their infrastructure.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics.

Links to other sites

Our Games section links out to Undead Nightfall, an independently operated product with its own account system and leaderboard (backed by Supabase). Once you leave vividex.au, that product's own data practices apply — this policy only covers vividex.au itself.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, just email info@vividex.au — we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including relying on reputable third-party providers (Resend, Vercel) that maintain their own security practices. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as the site or our practices change. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
